Dashboard

Accessed by Owners and Managers, the Dashboard provides an overview of conversation statuses, agent details, and workforce monitoring widgets to track activities in the Account.

This module is accessible by Owners and Managers only!

When you log in to the platform, you will be greeted with the Dashboard screen by default. You can also access this module via the side navigation menu.

From the Dashboard, you will be presented with a variety of widgets to help you monitor your workforce and provide a comprehensive snapshot of what is happening in your Account.

Dashboard Widgets

Conversations Status: Provides an overview of conversation statuses.

  • Open: Displays the number of open conversations.

  • Resolved: Shows the count of resolved conversations.

  • Snoozed: Indicates the number of snoozed conversations.

Agent - Shows details about agents' conversation statuses.

  • Agent: Lists agents by their initials.

  • Open: Displays the count of open conversations for each agent.

  • Resolved: Shows the count of resolved conversations for each agent.

  • Snoozed: Indicates the number of snoozed conversations for each agent.

Agent Status

  • Online: Indicates the number of agents currently online.

  • Busy: Shows the number of agents marked as busy.

  • Offline: Indicates the number of agents currently offline.

Agents List

  • Lists agents along with their details.

  • Team: Indicates the team to which an agent belongs.

  • Status: Shows the agent's current status (online, busy, offline).

  • Showing .... results: Indicates the total number of agents being displayed.
