Block List

"Manage your blacklist, unblock contacts, and view blocked reasons."

The blacklist management interface allows you to control and maintain a list of blocked contacts. This feature is useful for preventing unwanted or disruptive communication. Below are step-by-step instructions on how to use the interface:

1. Select All (Optional):

  • If you wish to perform an action on all contacts in the blacklist, you can start by selecting all of them using the "Select All" option. This is helpful for bulk actions.

2. Search (Optional):

  • To find specific contacts or reasons within the blacklist, use the search function. Enter keywords or criteria in the search box to filter the list.

3. Contact:

  • This column displays the name or identifier of the contacts that have been blacklisted. Each row represents a different contact.

4. Reason:

  • The "Reason" column explains why each contact has been blacklisted. Common reasons may include violations of terms of service, spam, or disruptive behavior.

5. Unblock:

  • To remove a contact from the blacklist, locate the contact you want to unblock in the list and click the "Unblock" button or option next to it. This action will reverse the blacklist status for that specific contact.

6. Go to (If applicable):

  • You may have the option to navigate to additional details or actions related to the contact or blacklist management. Clicking "Go to" will take you to these additional options.

7. Results:

  • This section provides information about the number of contacts displayed on the current page. If there are multiple pages of contacts, you can navigate through them to access more entries.
