Filters

  • Frequency and date — Select a date range from the drop-down list to be applied to the report. Alternatively, you can define the date range by frequency. The following options are available:

    • Today

    • Yesterday

    • Last 7 Days

    • Last Month

  • You can refine the view of the report components by adding more filter(s). The following filters are available:

    • Select Agent

  • Clear All — You can use this option to reset the filters to the default selections.

Contact Assignment Logs

The Contact Assignment Logs provide a detailed record of contact assignments in your system. Here's how to effectively use this log:

1. Search:

  • Utilize the search feature to filter and find specific assignments, contacts, or timeframes.

2. Report Columns:

  • Time Assigned: Displays the timestamp when the contact was assigned.

  • Contact Name: Specifies the name of the contact that was assigned.

  • Assigned To: Shows who the contact was assigned to.

  • Assigned By: Indicates the person or entity responsible for the assignment.

Comments Log

The Comments Log is a valuable tool for tracking and managing comments associated with contacts. Here's how to effectively use this log:

1. Search:

  • Make use of the search feature to filter and find specific comments, contacts, or timeframes.

2. Report Columns:

  • Time: Displays the timestamp when the comment was made.

  • Commented By (Agent): Specifies the agent or individual who made the comment.

  • Contact: Shows the contact associated with the comment.

  • Comment: Indicates the content of the comment made
